NATIONAL JUNIOR TENNIS & LEARNING PROGRAMS
ABOUT: NATIONAL JUNIOR TENNIS & LEARNING
In 2017, the SJTA became a member of the National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) chapter through the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Foundation. We are one of 350 nonprofit youth development organizations providing free or low-cost tennis and educational programming to our community. In addition, the SJTA was awarded a USTA foundation grant to be part of a Capacity Building Cohort which provides long-term technical assistance to grow and better our organization. Currently, we are providing tennis programs and assistance in 15 local schools and plan to expand this effort to include additional schools and a more extensive learning component.
